My therapeutic style is person-centered, humanistic and collaborative. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) techniques along with other interventions I have practiced over the years. I take an eclectic approach to meet each clients individual needs.
My focus is working with children, teens, and young adults. My specialties include, but are not limited to, anxiety, depression, mood disorders, post-traumatic stress, and relationship issues. When working with children I like to incorporate play therapy and address any behavioral issues, attention disorders as well as struggles they may face in school.
Therapy is a space where you can feel heard, validated and supported. Often taking the first step can be the hardest. I understand how challenging it can be to be vulnerable. If you find yourself in need of support and are struggling, I am here to help.
